You can return new, unopened products by mail or in-store up to 30 days from purchase and opened, minimally used products up to 15 days from purchase. To return by mail, please initiate a return merchandise request by sending an email to info@tapwines.com with your name, order information and reason for return. We will reply confirming receipt of the return and include directions on how to properly mail back your product(s). Please note that you will be responsible for return postage unless you have received an unusable or malfunctioning product. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the products to ensure they are new and unopened or minimally used before processing a refund to your original payment method.

SHIPPING
Shipping is calculated based on your delivery address and shipping method. Once your order is received, order processing will begin immediately. You will then receive an email once your order has shipped that contains the carrier and tracking number. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) for our shipping needs. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you have any special shipping and delivery requirements.
DELIVERY
The delivery of your order is subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping carrier responsible for your product. Depending on your address, type of property and environmental circumstances the carrier may deliver your order at a time when you are not home. Tracking information is provided with each and every order for your convenience to plan accordingly around an expected delivery.
HANDLING
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed and are fulfilled in the order they are received. If you feel that you have received a product in error or are missing a product you ordered, please contact us at info@tapwines.com. We will make things right.
