Restanques organic agriculture (terraces) Marselan, Rose, Muscat Rose

Regional protected park since 2017.

Located 34 miles west of Saint-Tropez, Bastide des Deux Lunes is a small family owned estate in the heart of Provence. Inheriting the land from his grandparents in 2000, Bertrand Dubois knows every inch of his vineyard’s 22 hectares and ensures that each vine is meticulously tended. His vineyards are planted with Grenache, Syrah, Rolle, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre.

His Rose has been a benchmark of top quality Provence Rose since the beginning. Slowly but surely, Bertrand Dubois has added a red wine, pure fruit, a partially oak aged red "Lune Rouge" that is to die for, and for the last two years only, an outstanding white wine, 100% Rolle from free run juice only.

Quantities are small, if not to say scarce... they are special wines that will remain confidential.

Do not miss them.

One the rare Corsican Domaines not on the sea shore, but fairly high in he mountains of Central Corsica. That makes for unique and high quality wines. It was planted in 1902, and the Emmanuel Vico and his family are in charge of the estate (s) since 1987.

Located in Balagne, 8 km from Calvi, in the North West of the island, this estate was created in the 60's by Baron Henri Louis de Lagrange, then owner of the local Alzipratu convent. The vines were taken care of by Maurice Aquaviva, and eventually by his on Pierre and his wife Cecilia.

40 hectares of vines facing South, divided in two sections: North of the convent, next to Zilia, and the second section 10 km West of the Calenzana village in the high valley of Figarella.

Viticulture is basically organic and winemaking techniques involve egg shaped vats in clay, sandstone and cement next to stainless steel and vertical wood vats. Some fascinating wines are produced there.

The small village of Aghione, located on the eastern part of Corsica, has been known since the antiquity because of its sulfurous water springs. Land of the eucalyptus tree, 12 vineyard owners buy a private cellar to make it a winery for all to work at. In 1975, Corsica obtains the AOP Vin de Corse, as a sign of consistant quality and typicity. The 12 vineyards decided then to truly collaborate together and create the Cooperative of Aghione. 20 years later, motivated by the same values of promoting quality and authenticity, the 12 members and the president Mr. Casanova decide to bottle their wines. In 2006, 31 years after its creation the Cooperative create the Casanova line of wines.

Created in 1967,in 1974, Henri Orenga de Gaffory partners with his father Pierre, to upgrade the quality of the Domaine and its wines which soon after becomes a reference in the Patrimonio AOP.

In 2016, le Domaine Orenga de Gaffory, celebrates its 50 years and starts converting the entire Domaine and its vineyards in organic viticulture.

Grapes grown there are: Sciacarellu, Niellucciu, Vermentinu, and Mucscat d'Alexandrie (Petits grains)
